General conditions and tariffs:

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, beyond that there is a penalty equal to 100% of the stay.
No show results in a penalty equal to 100% of the stay, the customer agrees to lose the penalty amount.

The City Tax is not included in the price and is equal to 2.00 Euros per person per night except for exemptions provided for by law.

We reserve the right to pre-authorize an amount on the credit card provided at the time of booking in order to guarantee the validity of the reservation.
